Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator for a Skilled Nursing Facility
Overview:
We are looking for a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-paying, permanent Assessment Coordinator position for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The Registered Nurse must be willing and able to work Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 4pm.The Registered Nurse MUST have experience in one of the following: MDS Coordinator, Utilization Management, Quality Improvement (QI), or Quality Assurance (QA) Nurse, or Utilization Review (UR), or Quality Review (QR). The Assessment Coordinator Registered Nurse is responsible for performing various duties relating to the assessment process; performing various communication and documentation duties; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information.
The Registered Nurse will carry out Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) roles and responsibilities as assigned. The RN must be Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse must have a current license in the state. The Registered Nurse must either be a US Citizen or have your green card.
