[ref. q7315918] Operations Special Projects Coordinator - Grosse Pointe
Overview:
The Operations Special Projects Coordinator is a contract role at Together Women’s Health (“TWH”) who will assess partner provider groups and implement operational best practices as directed by the Vice President of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose practice level operational issues and lead teams to successfully navigate roadblocks prohibiting performance.
- Assess team member training needs and implement training programs.
- Workflow redesign and implementation while utilizing change management best practices.
- Assess EMR optimization needs and develop a plan to implement.
- Practice level direct and overhead expense analysis.
- Successful rollout of all identified TWH “Best Practice” initiatives as defined by the Vice President of Operations to achieve the specific outcome objectives defined for each partner provider group.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ Years Women’s Health Physician Practice Management Experience
- Clinical Specialty Certification (RN, LPN, CMA, etc.) highly preferred or 5+ years women’s health experience in lieu of Clinical Specialty Certification.
- Experience with staff training and change management
- Ability to develop strong and supportive working relationships with a wide variety of people and backgrounds.
- Direct experience with practice operations assessment and workflow redesign and implementation
- EMR optimization experience, Athena EMR highly preferred
- Practice and overhead expense analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
