Responsibilities:
Your Role:
As an Senior Manager, Data and Analytics - Solution Architect you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and reviewing BI solutions, building the technical platform and foundation, and overseeing the development of a robust Data and Analytics Center of Excellence (COE).You will establish data governance, policies, standards, and
best practices to ensure seamless delivery of Data and Analytics Products and manage the full project lifecycle for Data and analytics initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!- Provide deep expertise in SAP HANA Native, BW modeling and support BW/HANA to S/4HANA migration paths including future state technologies such as SAP
- Design and build cloud-based data architectures within AWS, utilizing services such as Redshift, S3, EC2, AWS Glue, AWS Sagemaker and Quicksight.
- Ensure seamless data transformation and integration across SAP and non-SAP environments (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake).
- Architect data integration from various SAAS applications such as Circana, Logility and Blue Yonder TMS etc.
- Support consumption of data using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BOBJ (Webi, Analysis for Office), and other relevant tools.
- Work with various data sources (structured and unstructured) to build data pipelines to ensure that the data architecture is ready for consumption in Generative
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated data integration, transformation, and model deployment across AWS and SAP systems
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams across SAP and AWS ecosystems, ensuring best practices in data integration, architecture, and modeling.

Qualifications:
You Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 15-20 years of experience in data Architecture and building platform solutions.
- 10+ years of experience focusing on SAP HANA, SAP BW, S/4HANA, and familiarity with modern SAP data platforms such as SAP Data Cloud, Datasphere and
- 5+ years of experience in cloud data platforms & architecture such as AWS, Snowflake and Databricks.
- Familiarity with Analytics & Reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP BOBJ).
- Experience leading Data governance, security, & compliance with technical and non technical stakeholder.
Icing on the cake:
- Prior experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods or Manufacturing industry.
- Cross-Functional experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, Order to Cash, Master Data, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration (Generative AI, Vector databases, LLM Models).

Posted Salary Range: USD $155,000.00 - USD $165,000.00 /A
Bonus Eligibility:Role is eligible for 18% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
