Job Description
Ideal Project Manager:
- Plan, direct, and oversee project activities to ensure objectives are achieved within the designated timeline and budget.
- Assess product designs for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, contract requirements, and associated drawings and specifications.
- Analyze project specifications to develop construction procedures, including timelines and staffing plans for each phase.
- Prepare and approve job forecasts to support accurate financial and resource planning.
- Review project specifications to ensure contractor and subcontractor compliance.
- Evaluate proposals and contracts to ensure alignment with client requirements, design specifications, and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee job profitability, project initiation, budget monitoring, and adherence to schedule updates.
- Manage owner billings and collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate and timely cash flow reporting.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Project Manager will have:
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture is required.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Project is essential.
- Experience with wood frame ground-up multifamily construction is required.
- Expertise in pre-construction activities, including planning, design evaluation, constructability reviews, value engineering, scheduling, and conceptual estimating.
- Strong client-facing skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities are a must.
- Experience with garden-style multifamily projects is required.
