```- Must possess the sign language proficiency required for their present AIDB position if employed at AIDB.
- NON-EMPLOYEES must have an entry level of INTERMEDIATE sign language proficiency.
- RETIREES / SUBSTITUTES / COLLEGE STUDENTS / ASD GRADUATES / PARENTS / OTHERS INTERESTED IN TUTORING AT ASD must possess a current SCPI rating of INTERMEDIATE or higher.
- ASD GRADUATES not currently employed at AIDB/ASD must have passed 3 or more sections of the AHSGE or graduated with a Diploma with a minimum INTERMEDIATE sign language proficiency.

Strong knowledge of and ability to provide instruction on specific subject to be tutored.
Must have experience interacting with deaf children.
Must be willing to work flexible hours.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, students, and parents.
Must be able to respond effectively and positively to feedback.
