Job Description
  • Oversee multiple construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Review project plans and specifications, establishing project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
  • Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
  • Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are adhered to.
  • Manage project budget, ensuring all tasks are completed within the allocated resources.
  • Report progress and any issues to senior management regularly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. (not required)
  • Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient with project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, means and methods.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions under pressure.
