Job Description- Oversee multiple construction projects from conception to completion.
- Review project plans and specifications, establishing project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
- Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
- Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are adhered to.
- Manage project budget, ensuring all tasks are completed within the allocated resources.
- Report progress and any issues to senior management regularly.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Sr. Project Manager should have:
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. (not required)
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient with project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of construction processes, means and methods.
- Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions under pressure.
- A competitive salary range of $140k - $160k
