Location: New York, NY 10032

Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Includes a 30-Minute Break)

Duration : 6 Months

Pay rate – 25 to 30/h

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator I - Administrative will provide critical administrative and project support. This role involves coordinating daily operations, supporting project activities, and ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks related to the department’s projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain project documentation, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Utilize EPIC and Excel to input, track, and analyze data related to departmental activities.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Support the team in organizing events, training sessions, and outreach programs for diverse community groups.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the project team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
  • Minimum of 1 year of related work experience (Required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) (Required)
  • Experience using EPIC and advanced Excel functions (Preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse community groups and multi-task in a dynamic environment
