About the Company: The company is a renowned private equity firm that has a strong focus on consumer product companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, bill payments, cash flow management and coordinate with third-party providers.
• Work with advisors on tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Identify and manage risks to the family's wealth, including insurance and asset protection strategies.
• Assist in estate planning processes, such as the preparation of wealth transfers across generations, wills, trusts and succession planning.
• Manage charitable giving and set up philanthropic foundations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in accounting, finance, or economics; CPA a plus.
• At least 4+ years of experience working with HNW and/or ultra-high net worth clients or individuals in an accounting/finance/tax support capacity.
• Competent with Adobe and MS Office products, especially Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable about the private equity industry and investments a plus.
