We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Oregon City, Oregon. This role will be primarily tasked with handling customer inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining customer records.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct questionnaires over the phone and manage a high volume of calls
- Make referrals for qualified individuals
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries and ethics
- Apply empathetic listening skills and creative problem-solving to assist individuals
- Coordinate with multiple internal partners
- Utilize strong database navigation skills for efficient operation
- Perform accurate data entry tasks
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as required.
- Proven experience in a Customer Service role
- Proficiency in typing with a speed of 45 - 60 WPM
- Strong skills in Account Management
- Experience in providing Administrative Assistance
- Ability to handle an Answering Multi-Line Phone System
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
