Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update website content in a timely and accurate manner
• Track online customer feedback across multiple brands and channels
• Ensure online customer needs are met quickly, accurately & professionally
• Become our CMS subject matter expert and help support other CMS users
• Recommend digital marketing effectiveness and process improvements
• Contribute to digital marketing execution & measurement
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
