Responsible for the operation of in line washing system. Works closely with Lead Digital Printer to meet schedules, quality of product, and attention to details, performed by equipment.

Works with members of department to produce high quality products that will be manufactured into various visual communication products

Job Duties:

• Execute schedules for all orders based on numbering system for digital nylon
• Paying attention to time sensitive orders. Work with QC Inspectors to ensure reprinted product is sent out as timely as possible
• Unloads printed rolls from steaming equipment
• Loads, positions and adjusts printed materials on holding fixture or in loading and feeding mechanisms of steaming equipment
• Closely monitors washing equipment to minimize scrap and/or rework. Product needs to be straight.
• Responsible for paperwork
• Ensures accurate, consistent, and timely completion of production schedules
• Performs assigned tasks within the overall workflow that produce a product that meets or exceeds customers’ expectations
• Meets quality standards at all times for projects and provides recommendations for improvements
• Communicate with the printing & Graphics department

Abilities & Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects
• Ability to lift large rolls of paper and Fabric
• Ability to speak both English and Spanish preferred
• Flexible working schedule required
