QE temp

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a QE temp in the Payroll Services industry based in ROCHESTER, New York. In this role, you will assemble quarterly statement packages, operate various types of office equipment, and ensure the timely delivery of these packages.

Responsibilities:

• Assembling quarterly statement packages in accordance with client requirements
• Preparing these packages for delivery to clients to meet quality and production timeline expectations
• Including tax notices, employee 1099 and W2 forms, and other miscellaneous reports in the packages
• Operating various types of office equipment such as mail metering, shipping PC's, label printers, etc.
• Ensuring timely processing and delivery of quarterly packages
• Utilising your skills in Quality, Production, Quarterly, Shipping, Timeline, PC OS, Metering, Tax Notices, QE, and Label printers to perform tasks effectively. • Proficiency in Quality Assurance (QA) processes, with a focus on the Payroll Services industry
• Demonstrated experience in Production and Shipping processes
• Ability to manage and adhere to strict timelines
• Proficient in PC Operating Systems and their application in the Payroll Services industry
• Experience with Metering tasks and operations
• Knowledge and understanding of Tax Notices in relation to payroll services
• Prior experience or familiarity with QE (Quality Engineering) is necessary
• Proficiency in operating Label Printers
• Ability to prepare and present Quarterly reports and updates.
