Developer - Business Technology

We are seeking a Developer in Business Technology, based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This role operates in the technology industry and involves configuration activities in support of Advanced and Core Compensation areas within Workday. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing solutions to automate processes and drive system efficiencies.
This role is offered as a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:- Partner with members of the Compensation COE and HROPs teams to troubleshoot system issues and provide guidance to users.
- Develop deep expertise in all compensation areas and their related business processes including Workday data structures, organizations, hierarchies, and security.
- Configure advanced compensation and design solutions to support business processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure end-to-end coverage and deliver quality solutions.
- Architect, design, and configure advanced compensation.
- Conduct design sessions with business teams to understand business requirements.
- Collaborate with the internal testing team to develop high-quality test cases and deliver quality solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in the analysis, identification of new features, development testing, and implementation of enhancements/releases, and new integrations.
- Work closely with Business Technology and Change and Communication partners.
- Be responsible for EIBs to support all compensation-related processes.
- Translate business requirements into working Workday configuration. • Proficiency in R Code and understanding of Data Structures is essential
- Demonstrated ability to manage Configuration and Release Processes
- Experience in creating and executing Test Cases
- Proven expertise in Supervising and Managing Partners
- Strong ability in Troubleshooting and Implementation of Business Technology Solutions
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively Translate Business Requirements
- Familiarity with Workday and other relevant technology platforms
- Ability to serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Business Process Functions
- Experience in Integration of different technology systems to enhance business operations
- Ability to create Prototypes and Deliverables based on Business Requirement Document
- Knowledge of Security best practices in Business Technology
- Proficiency in Reporting and Quality Assurance
- Experience in managing Scale Out processes
- Expertise in Designing business technology solutions
- Ability to handle 'About Time' management in a business technology setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage enhancements in Business Technology solutions.
