Junior Attorney (0-2 years) - Insurance Defense

Ideal applicants will be eager to handle a variety of litigation matters and contribute to a successful insurance defense practice while receiving mentorship from seasoned attorneys.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and court appearances as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Review and analyze claims, providing insights and recommendations for defense.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar is preferred; candidates awaiting bar results will also be considered.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
