Our client, a leading provider of commercial HVAC services in the Lancaster area, is seeking two experienced Commercial Service HVAC Technicians to join their team, delivering top-tier service to clients across Lancaster, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic evaluations, routine maintenance, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, and other commercial-grade equipment.
• Address service requests promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and address needs, proposing solutions to enhance system performance and longevity.
• Complete service reports in detail and communicate findings to clients and internal teams.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work sites.
• Efficiently manage time to handle multiple service calls daily with high standards of workmanship.
