Robert Half is seeking an experienced FP& A Manager for a contract role with our growing client in Brentwood, TN. This position necessitates a well-versed finance professional with advanced command over PowerBI and Excel. Experience with SAP or large ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function to facilitate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Prepare comprehensive reporting packages and present to senior management.
- Analyze financial information and provide strategic recommendations based on findings.
- Partner with functional leaders to deliver insightful business performance analyses.
- Implement standardized tools and processes across the organization.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years in a FP& A role or related field.
- Proficiency in PowerBI and advanced Excel is mandatory.
- Experience with SAP or large ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
