Swiss CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with expertise in Swiss Lathe operations to join our growing team. In this role, you will set up and operate advanced machining equipment to produce precision components used in critical industries. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Swiss CNC lathes to manufacture precision components based on engineering specifications.
• Monitor machine operations, verify part accuracy, and make adjustments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform routine quality control checks using hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Conduct deburring, cleaning, and finishing of parts to meet production requirements.
• Maintain machines and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience operating Swiss CNC lathes (Citizen machines preferred).
• Proficiency in G-code and M-code programming.
• Strong understanding of machine principles, trigonometry, geometry, and blueprint reading.
• Experience with quality control tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced manufacturing or precision machining degree/certification.
• Experience with Esprit or similar CNC programming software.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
