SUMMARY OF JOB:
The nurse supervisor is responsible assume overall responsibility for the clinical nursing practice and resident/patient care during the appropriate shift. Provides for continuity in decision making and consistent in nursing practice by assuring that nursing policies, procedures, standards and objectives are met.Acts as a resources and support person. Represents administration during any events that may occur on that shift.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:
RN and 2 years experience, BSN preferred.
Previous supervisor experience preferred
CPR certified
Must be flexible with scheduling
Computer experience preferred
Be willing to be a change agent
Demonstrates sensitivity to residents emotional, social, mental health and spiritual needs
License and Regulatory Requirements:
RN and 2 years experience, BSN preferred
