Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter customer information, orders, and service
- requests into our database systems. Maintain and update customer records daily
- Data Verification: Verify and correct data discrepancies, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate. Perform regular audits to maintain data integrity
- Documentation: Ensure all records are properly filed and organized
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive customer information with the highest level of confidentiality and comply with all data protection regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably within a customer service environment. (Preferred Medical Device Field)
- Proficient in data entry software and Google Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Typing speed 30+ WPM and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
- Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
