We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Tool Repair Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the company, with aspirations of advancing into a supervisory role in our tool repair shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the repair and maintenance of various hand tools and power tools used in fastening applications.
- Learn to diagnose tool malfunctions and perform necessary repairs under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly.
- Participate in training sessions to develop technical skills related to tool repair and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while working in the shop environment.
