Accounting And Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting and Operations Analyst for our client. This role is critical to ensuring financial health and operational efficiency within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting background, operational leadership skills, and a forward-thinking mindset to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and reporting standards.
• Manage subscription-based revenue models, including accurate invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Administer sales commissions and manage referral agent payouts.
• Maintain oversight of office management tasks, including inventory and maintenance.
• Manage the accounting mailbox for efficient communication and issue resolution.
• Conduct audits and identify areas for cost optimization and process improvements.

• Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for operational improvement.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure service continuity.
• Participate in business process management and improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with department heads to align financial and operational priorities.
• Drive process automation and system optimization for greater efficiency.
• Provide cross-functional training to support collaboration across operations teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and operations management, preferably in an MSP or IT services environment.
• Proven expertise in managing subscription-based revenue models and SaaS financial metrics.

• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems).
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data and driving decisions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with IT service delivery tools (e.g., PSA systems like ConnectWise or Autotask).
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Salary: $45,000 $55,000
