Rutland - French Speaking CSR

We are in the pursuit of a French-Canadian speaking Call Center Representative to immerse in our construction and contractor services team based in Rutland, Vermont. The role is centered around endorsing customer support within a nationwide call center setting, processing customer applications and payments, and maintaining precise customer records.

MUST BE BILINGUAL IN FRENCH CANADIAN - REQUIRED

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately handle incoming and outgoing customer calls maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Understand and communicate our home improvement programs to customers and affiliates.
• Promptly respond to customer and affiliate inquiries, providing accurate information.
• Create work orders ensuring all customer information is accurate.
• Schedule and confirm measure appointments with customers and affiliates as necessary.
• Process customer payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Regularly update and maintain customer records in the operating system.
• Leverage your call center customer service and remote support skills to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Prior experience in the construction/contractor industry is preferred.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative in a call center is required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
• Experience with remote support tools.
• Knowledge of the construction/contractor industry's customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High school degree; additional qualifications will be a plus.
