Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for our orthodontic practices
• Source and screen candidates, presenting only the best to hiring teams
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates through the process
• Build relationships with hiring managers and vendors
• Use social media and creative tools to attract top talent
• Occasionally travel to practice locations for visibility initiatives

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of recruting exerience
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience
• Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A genuine passion for helping others and fostering relationships
