Responsibilities:
- Strategize and implement recruitment plans to attract high-quality telemarketing and phone sales talent.
- Ensure a robust pipeline of sales consultants with experience in the field through effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Work closely with department leaders to gain an understanding of role requirements and hiring needs.
- Identify potential candidates using a variety of sources, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Oversee the recruitment process from the initial job posting to the final stages of negotiation and onboarding.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Regularly update recruitment databases and reports to monitor hiring metrics and performance.
- Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activities, and the latest trends in talent acquisition.
The ideal Talent Acquisition Manager candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Other requirements for the Talent Acquisition Manager position include and are not limited to:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting for telemarketing or B2B sales roles.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
