You will also be required to ensure software applications adhere to internal business requirements or external customers, standardize quality assurance, and oversee testing and development of fixes.

Responsibilities:

• Translating design concepts into functional HTML/CSS/JS
• Participating in project management and design development
• Working with a variety of CMS and ecommerce systems and frameworks
• Coding software applications to adhere to designs that support internal business requirements and external customers
• Standardizing the quality assurance procedure for software
• Overseeing testing and developing fixes
• Working on redesign and maintenance projects that impact how our customers perceive our brand
• Developing new user-facing features
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Assuring that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
• Participating in code reviews
• Enabling and configuring necessary plugins to power the site's functionality
• Identifying blockers and applying creative solutions within company guidelines
• Staying updated on current trends in web development

Skills:

• May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 3 to 5 years' experience in the field or in a related area
• Has knowledge of standard concepts practices and procedures within a front-end development
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude required. Typically reports to a project leader or manager
