Responsibilities- Enter Payroll & AP
- Process Payroll & AP
- Complete Reporting for Payroll & AP
- Complete Benefits Process after Payroll post
- Complete Monthly Benefit Billing Process
- Complete Retirement and Benefits Open Enrollment
- Complete Monthly Salary Projections
- Complete Monthly Salary & Leave Accruals
- Track all Receipts and Packing Slips for agency staff purchases (does not include regular monthly bills)
- Communicating with agency programs, personnel and outside agencies as needed
- Update Payroll, A/P, and Benefits Manual as needed
- Order Fiscal Department Office supplies as needed
- Maintain prompt hours
- Notify Fiscal Manager in the event of absence
- Follow directions and instructions of Fiscal Manager (along with the Benefits, A/P, and Payroll offices)
- Follow personnel policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
