PC Technician

We are in search of a PC Technician to join our team within the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry in Bellaire, Texas. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity and involves working with computer hardware, Dell technologies, IBM, Linux technologies, and Mac computers.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hardware and software components
• Install and configure Dell technologies, Mac computers, and other hardware devices
• Utilize active directory to manage user access and security
• Handle Apple devices proficiently and ensure their smooth and reliable operation
• Implement backup technologies to secure data and prevent loss
• Conduct AB tests to optimize computer system performance
• Perform cable installation to establish and maintain network systems. • Proficiency in Computer Hardware, with a strong understanding of its various components and how they interact.
• Familiarity with Dell Technologies and ability to troubleshoot associated issues.
• Experience with Mac Computers, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, with the ability to manage user accounts and groups, and configure permissions.
• Expertise in handling Apple Devices, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Understanding of various Backup Technologies, ensuring data is securely stored and easily retrievable.
• Competency in Cable Installation, including planning, layout, and installation in compliance with safety standards.
