Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Fresno, California. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities within the financial services sector, including processing, maintaining, and managing customer accounts. Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications while adhering to the established procedures
• Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring accuracy at all times
• Regularly monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary
• Manage accounts payable functions, ensuring all financial transactions are processed efficiently
• Utilize accounting software systems to streamline and automate financial tasks
• Conduct regular auditing of financial information to identify and rectify discrepancies
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar position
• Proficient in Account Coding
• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is required
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential
• Demonstrable experience in Accounting Functions
• Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience in Accrual Accounting is expected
• Prior experience in Auditing is preferred
