Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 4–5 patients per day
• Conduct in-home assessments to identify patients’ needs and create tailored care plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve strength, mobility, and overall function.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Supervise support staff, ensuring consistency and quality in treatment.

Salary:

• Full-time: $110,000k - $120,000k annually
• Part-time: $80 - $100 per hour (10 hours per week)

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• New Jersey Physical Therapist License
• At least 2 years of experience preferred (new graduates are welcome)
• Expertise in manual therapy and familiarity with EMR platforms (e.g., WebPT)
