As the Human Resources Retail Concierge, your goal is to create raving fans through providing an excellent customer experience to the PRMG Retail channel and future new hires. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can take initiative and enjoys problem solving.

Responsibilities:
- Interacts with Retail Management to perform administrative tasks such as:
- Post Jobs, Fill out offer details, and track new hire progress
- Complete timesheets
- Complete Payroll Action Forms
- Administer applicable training
- Additional exciting opportunities will present itself throughout the year
Qualifications:
- 4 year degree required preferably in Human Resources, Law, or Business
- Hands-on knowledge of computer systems and software applications related to personnel and benefit administration
- Understanding of principles of employee supervision, development, training and performance evaluation
- Organize data, maintain records and prepare reports
- Use computer systems and software packages related to personnel and benefits administration
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
