Position Overview:
- SCOPE OF ROLE:
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- Interact with external clients
- Provides timely, accurate and clear documentation according to established policies and procedures.
- Handles unexpected situations by responding effectively to challenges, deadlines and emergencies.
- Other duties as requested by Program Director
The salary for this role is 19.23/HR
Qualifications:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
Experience:
- CASAC-T required, CASAC preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid New York State Driver’s License a plus, but not required.
