Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be a key player in our finance and accounting department, focusing on managing the company's payable accounts. Your responsibilities will include processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and collaborating with other teams such as supply chain and procurement.

• Accurately processing manual wire payments and ensuring each wire ties to multiple invoices
• Maintaining precise records of all transactions in the payable accounts
• Efficiently handling approximately 20 payables per day without the assistance of an ERP system
• Working closely with the supply chain and procurement teams to manage invoices and payments
• Updating financial information in multiple locations to ensure accurate record-keeping
• Utilizing various software tools such as Xero, Bill.com, Expensify, Brex, and Airtable in the routine execution of duties
• Demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and tech savviness in all tasks
• Adapting to a startup environment and being prepared to pivot when necessary
• Keeping a cool head under pressure and maintaining a positive attitude in the face of challenges
• Reconciliation of account payables and managing check runs. • Minimum of 1+ years of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Able to conduct Check Runs and proficient in Coding Invoices.
• Excellent Data Entry skills.
• Experience in Invoice Processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Oracle software.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks.
• Experience with SAP software.
• Ability to handle Payable Invoices efficiently.
