  • Engage in accident investigation procedures, documenting findings and reports.
  • Handle litigation matters with detail oriented approach, ensuring all records are well-kept.
  • Maintain a detail oriented demeanor at the front desk, greeting visitors and directing them as necessary.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist role or similar
  • Proficiency in using a multi-line phone system and managing incoming calls effectively
  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with spreadsheet and word processing software
  • Experience in accident investigation, with a strong ability to record and report details accurately
  • Proficient in data entry, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed
  • Experience in handling litigation matters, including assisting with case preparation and documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
