Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and inspect refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and replacing filters, inspecting ductwork, lubricating moving parts, and checking refrigerant levels.
• Test and verify proper operation of safety controls, such as limit switches and pressure sensors.
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer service and communication.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform maintenance on residential HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in tight spaces, including climbing ladders and bending to access equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods while working.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous HVAC experience desired, but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
