Senior National Client Project Manager

What You'll Do:

  • Manages the service of a portfolio of National Accounts.
  • Builds, maintains, and strengthens client relationships.
  • Utilizes networking and contacts in appropriate professional organizations to network with potential clients and to develop intelligence regarding firms' competition.
  • Collaborates with the National Practice Leader, Account Managers, Executives and other departments to coordinate client and project pursuits and new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Interacts with clients on a regular basis. Ensures client satisfaction of customer account deliverables.
  • Keeps current with knowledge and trends of clients' industries and creates and sustains strong relationships with these industries.
  • Establishes clear timelines to meet client requirements and anticipates obstacles and provides solutions.
  • Identifies business initiatives and improvements.
  • Communicates with clients during the pre-project/proposal phase with a focus on generating business.
  • Maintains consistent interaction with multiple offices including principals, directors, managers, and others to effectively support the business development strategy for growth of national accounts.
  • Partners with Account Managers and Executives in maintaining and nurturing client relationships, managing customer accounts, and achieving sales objectives.
  • Creates work plans and meets project deadlines.
  • Periodic regional and national travel is required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree related to ECS's primary service lines, Business Administration, or similar required.
  • 15+ years of experience in project management or related positions.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent business development skills and the ability to manage and develop new clients.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to quickly understand our service lines and client needs is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams, with clients, peers, and subordinates, as well as independently.
  • Experience with identifying problems, analyzing situations, and developing effective solutions.
