We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Recruiter in South San Francisco, CA. This role centers around ensuring a seamless candidate experience, from application to onboarding. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with hiring managers and other recruiters to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the candidate experience from initial contact to finalizing successful candidate placements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring an efficient and effective process
- Provide onboarding support, including handling necessary documentation and communication with candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by hosting candidates onsite and coordinating their travel
- Maintain accurate records of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System

- Proficiency in using Applicant Track System for efficient management of candidate data
- Ability to conduct comprehensive Background Checks in accordance with company policies and legal guidelines
- Familiarity with various Benefit Functions to offer competitive packages to potential hires
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with candidates, employees, and hiring managers
- Experience with Greenhouse recruitment software for streamlining recruitment processes
- Knowledge and experience in Full Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Proven track record in Recruiting and ability to fill positions with qualified candidates in a timely manner
- Strong skills in Recruitment - Sourcing to identify potential candidates from various channels effectively.
