Role Description:This is a fully remote 1099 position for a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, and communication to help expand our client base.
Compensation Details: The BDR pay plan is 100% commission based on sales production
Commissions are paid on a recurring basis, while the client is activeThere is NO - CAP to your earnings potential (see example below)
Commissions are paid per month for paying active customers.
Examples$1,295 Premium Plan= $450 Commission per month
$895 Standard Plan = $350 Commission per month
10 clients would generate $50,000 per year in passive income20 clients would generate $100,000 per year in passive income
40 clients would generate $200,000 per year in passive income
QualificationsStrong inside sales and lead generation skills
Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal
Proven record in sales and business development
Self-motivated, ability to work independently, and coachable
