Job Description
This superintendent will have their own project and team with opportunity for continued training and career growth in the future. Main responsibilities of this individual include:
- Review project plans, specifications, and construction schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and implement construction schedules and time lines.
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedule and budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality control measures.
- Conduct safety meetings and training sessions for construction crew.
- Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety inspections.
- Prepare and submit reports to project managers and stakeholders as required
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, permits, and regulations
- Facilitate smooth transition and handover of the completed project to the client

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for this role must have experience leading an A Class Corporate Interiors project as the superintendent, possessing the following credentials:
- Atleast 4 years of experience as a superintendent for a general contractor
- Experience leading a field team and collaborating with management
- Strong leadership skills to effectively oversee on-site activities and coordinate subcontractors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse teams of stakeholders
- Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Commitment to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations
