Job Description
  • Lead, coordinate, and manage on-site construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to foster collaboration and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and design specifications while proactively addressing project challenges.
  • Allocate resources effectively, optimizing labor, materials, and equipment for maximum productivity.
  • Partner closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless execution and timely project completion.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and community stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and open communication.
  • Uphold strict safety standards to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.

The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience: At least five years as a successful Construction Superintendent in commercial projects.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Communication: Outstanding negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Technical expertise: Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Safety knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of construction safety protocols and compliance standards.
  • Organizational skills: Highly adept at managing time, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
