Assist Program CEO on day to day administrative activities.
  • Collect and analyze data for reports.
  • Maintain program /projects progress, prepare reports, prepare charts and power points. Update program commitment reports.
  • Prepare agenda and minutes for meetings.
  • Reconcile and analyze program budget and expenditures.
  • Data entry, review invoices for payments, track program milestones, and manage reports.
  • Assist Program Construction Managers and Design Managers as required.
  • Maintain database for staff training, timesheets, and personnel actions.
