Financial Data Analyst - Robert Half

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Financial Data Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. This role involves processing and analyzing financial data within the non-profit housing industry. As a Financial Data Analyst, you will be tasked with conducting a comprehensive financial data analysis of our single-family home portfolio, amongst other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data related to our single-family home portfolio
• Utilize skills in Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) in daily tasks
• Prepare consolidated financial statements accurately and in a timely manner
• Leverage Microsoft Excel, Dynamics SL, and Smartsheet to perform tasks effectively
• Ensure accurate financial statement preparation according to industry standards
• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate customer credit records
• Process customer credit applications with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in all tasks. • Proficiency in Data Analysis
• Experience in preparing Consolidated Financial Statements
• Strong Financial Analysis skills
• Knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A)
• Capable of preparing Financial Statements
• Familiarity with Dynamics SL software
• Proficient in using Smartsheet for project management
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
