What We Offer:
- Hourly pay: Training $20 per hour, Regular Pay $18 per hour plus commissions and a monthly bonus opportunity.
- Full-time schedule Morning Shift: 9am-6pm Monday-Thursday.
- Friday 9am-4pm or Saturday 9am-2pm (alternate every other week).
- Paid-Time Off, company-paid holidays, and your birthday as an additional paid holiday.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Field inbound and outbound Minnesota Rusco, Minnesota Shower and Bath, & Rusco Kitchen Remodelers marketing calls.
- Set high quality appointments for Minnesota Rusco product lines.
- Continually acquire product knowledge to improve effectiveness in setting quality appointments.
- The job involves persuading others through gaining an understanding of where they’re coming from, and using that information to bring them to your desired resolution. Communication is almost always of a "selling" rather than "telling" nature.
