Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record(link removed) Candidates must be in the top third of their law school class(link removed)>
- Bar Admission in Texas.
- 24 years of substantive experience in commercial litigation(link removed)>
- Experience handling general civil and commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts(link removed)>
- Familiarity with the litigation landscape in real estate, construction, technology, and financial services industries(link removed)>
- Prior AmLaw 200 experience required(link removed)>
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to draft complex legal arguments effectively.
- Strong organizational and matter management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines under pressure(link removed)>
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters across various industries(link removed)>
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
