DETAILED REQUIREMENTS:

• Project Manager/Project Lead
• Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage testing effort for Quality Management System (QMS) project
• Work closely with Project Manager and Program Test Lead to execute and adjust enact a test strategy, test plan and test schedule
• Hosts daily testing sessions and calls during testing phases to review open defects/ blockers for testing
• Manage and follow up on any challenges preventing internal and external testing teams to complete assigned testing assignments
• Internal teams comprised of business SME's
• External teams comprised of 3rd party tech and development resources
• Provides daily communication to key project stakeholders outlining testing and defect progress and updates towards key milestones (order changed)

1. 7 years of relevant Project Management experience in large, complex application development projects

Familiarity with software development lifecycle

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to think critically, conceptually and identify adjustments needed

Familiarity with Agile Scrum project management methodology

Embraces a customer service mindset.

Capable of maintaining strong relationships

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

Consumer Packaged Goods experience a plus

DESCRIBE A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THIS ROLE:

• Plan and prepare testing for current and future test phases
• Check in with testing team on progress through the current testing cycle
• Host daily call to review blockers for testing
• Assist teams in eliminating blockers/coordinate testing
• Provide status update to key stakeholders through EOD email communication

PROJECT (PPM NUMBER): QMS Project 108543

PROJECT STATEMENT:

The QMS project is re-releasing an ETQ based solution for QMS. Extensive development changes have been made to the ETQ solution causing a rewrite of training materials and new end-user training. This re-release effort will require a primary focus on regression testing of rewritten code/integrations to meet the required speed of the business processes.

BUSINESS OBJECTIVE:

• The purpose of the Holds Redesign Project spear-headed by ETQ is to correct performance issues that impacted the processing speed of ETQ and caused the withdrawal of the Integrated solution (1B April 2023). The Holds Redesign project includes a variety of processing improvements with ETQ's code that has impacted and changed UI and processing steps. The changes were extensive enough to cause training materials to be rewritten and users to be retrained.

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors

• Project Management (4 years of experience is required)
