Second Shift - Process Operator

Chemical Process Operator / Production Technician

We are actively seeking dedicated, hard workers with experience performing duties within a manufacturing / production environment. This is a temp to perm opportunity with a very stable company who has been around for over 70 years.

This position will have you working on the second shift. 2pm - 10:30pm

• Driving fork trucks
• Monitoring process equipment
• Marking charts/operating logs

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience handling chemicals is a plus
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years' experience in the operation of production equipment or similar industrial environment.
• Forklift Certification or forklift experience preferred
• High School graduate
• At least 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment or warehouse
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good comfort level with computers and automated machinery
• Leadership potential/ability to move up within production organization is a plus
• Good mechanical ability. Capable of performing heavy physical labor.
• Able to be flexible on shifts preferred.
