Overview:
Reporting to the National Installation Operations Leader, the Regional Install Manager (RIM) will own the Installation Capability within his/her assigned geography. The RIM operates the Region at or above key metrics in the following areas: Install capacity, Install quality, Install cost, Job completions and Customer experience.The RIM manages the Region according to the National Install Ops Leader's functional strategy and vision, but will also be expected to initiate local and regional programs as needed to excel in the key areas listed above. Monitors existing installers for quality and consistency with the National expectations.
Responsibilities:
The Regional Install Manager (RIM) will oversee the installation operations in the Southeast region, ensuring high performance in install capacity, quality, cost, job completions, and customer experience. This role involves managing installers, resolving escalations, and driving continuous improvement in processes and metrics.this position can we out of the Orlando, FL, Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, Nashville, TN or Cincinnati , OH area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve team efficiency (Install + Sales Ops) by developing tools/processes to enhance key metrics.
- Manage technical and customer escalations in the region.
- Ensure jobs are scheduled and completed on time, addressing pre/post-install issues.
- Track installer performance and implement strategies to optimize high performers and address underperformers.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition to recruit and train new installers.
- Focus on job cost metrics through invoicing and work reporting.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in construction, home improvement, or residential remodeling.
- 2+ years of management experience, ideally with field contractors.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google applications.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with installers, customers, and management.
- Professional demeanor and command of business English.
- Ability to multitask and travel up to 50%.
- Minimum associate's degree or equivalent experience in a construction-related field.
- This field position will require significant travel within the Southeast region of the US.
- Reports to the National Installation Operations Leader, aligning with national strategy while developing region-specific initiatives.
Hiring Range:
The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $79,000.00-$111,000.00 annually.
(Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
This role will be eligible to participate in the LHS Bonus plan.
