Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Senior Level Associate Attorney to join their Labor and Employment Class Action Practice Group in Atlanta(link removed)>

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record(link removed)>
• Bar Admission in Georgia.
• 46 years of substantive experience in employment-related and/or class action litigation, with a desire for trial work.
• Experience defending wage and hour, employment discrimination, and EEOC/DOL claims, including class action lawsuits(link removed)>
• Background in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies, and assisting clients with employment issues(link removed)>
• Superior legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defend employers in complex employment litigation matters, including wage and hour class actions.
• Draft and prepare employment agreements, severance agreements, and workplace policies.
• Counsel clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Represent clients in depositions, witness interviews, and trial preparations.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on high-stakes employment cases and transactional matters.
