We are offering an opportunity for an Accountant in the Cincinnati area. The role involves managing various accounting functions, using different accounting software systems, and working in a dynamic environment. This role provides a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to manage financial data.
• Oversee the process of entering vendor invoices and managing the PO process.
• Carry out month-end duties as required, including accrual entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Conduct some reporting and flux analysis to provide accurate financial data.
• Use software tools such as NetSuite and Great Plains for financial management.
• Perform auditing tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to manage cash flow.
• Use ADP - Financial Services and Concur for financial processing and reporting.
• Implement Cl Programming for specific accounting functions.
• Balance Sheet Account management to ensure financial stability.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Knowledge of Cl Programming
• Familiarity with Concur
• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Ability to perform Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Skills in Auditing

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
