**Explore an opportunity.** As a HEW Intern you will consult with employers on a wide variety of complex health, equity and wellbeing projects, involving wellbeing strategy, DEI strategy and assessment, clinical condition management, and vendor evaluations.You will collaborate with colleagues to analyze data and create client deliverables drafts for review by senior colleagues.
**Love your work.** You will partner with consultants to provide support on projects through:
+ Performing health, wellbeing and DEI strategies
+ Analyzing and comparing vendor products, services, and contracts
+ Designing, distributing, and evaluating responses to surveys and RFPs
**Role Requirements**
+ Progress towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in public health, health management, finance, communication or any other major with significant quantitative course work with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0
+ Work experience that demonstrates strong technical and/or client service skills (analyst type of internship preferred)
+ Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed the standards of the client
+ Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
+ This is a hybrid position that requires you to be local and able to commute to one of the offices listed here: Boston, MA; Stamford, CT; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Arlington, VA; Chicago, IL; Detroit, MI; Minneapolis, MN; Dallas, TX; Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA
+ Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship

**Compensation and Benefits**
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
**Compensation**
The hourly rate being offered for this role is $26 - $33/hr USD. This role is also eligible for over-time **.**
