Job Description: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence sales service.
Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features.Assist the potential buyers in testing and checking the products.
Cross sell products.
Process POS purchases; cash and credit card payments.
Follow and achieve departments sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition at assigned areas.
Comply with inventory control procedures.
Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
Qualifications: Must have at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelors Degree in any field.
Preferably 1-4 years experienced in sales, (home/lifestyle/apparel), retail/general or equivalent.Good communication and interpersonal skills
